Returns & Exchanges Policy

At EvoqueBags, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a defect.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Please email us at myriam@evoquebags.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include a photo of the item and your order number.
We will promptly offer a solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us at myriam@evoquebags.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different color or model), please contact us at myriam@evoquebags.ca. We will guide you through the process based on product availability.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a refund.
